Add the tomato paste and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the nutmeg, cumin powder, masala, salt and pepper.
Add the peas and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the pickles, celery leaves and eggs. Mix well and let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut hearts out of your puff pastry. Place some of the meat mixture on 1 piece of heart and cover it with a second piece of heart. Seal the edges with a fork.
Brush with the beaten egg and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
