A delicious and healthy ice cream that you can make with only a few ingredients in a blender.

Equipment

  • high speed blender or foodprocessor

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 200 gram frozen pomegranate seeds
  • 200 gram frozen dark grapes
  • splash coconut milk or any other milk
  • some watermelon hearts for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and leave it for a couple of minutes to thaw. Otherwise it will be very difficult to process.
  • Cut little hearts with a cookie cutter out of the piece of watermelon.
  • Now mix or process the ingredients in the blender or food processor until you get the consistency of a soft serve. If your machine has difficulty to process you can add some more coconut milk or any other liquid you are using. But don't add too much, or you will not get the fluffy texture you desire.
  • Add your nice-cream to a bowl and decorate with the little watermelon hearts.
  • You can also scoop it into a container and freeze. Enjoy and feel healthy!
